Our priority is to create a well-rounded, meaningful discussion between a diverse group of health system stakeholders at the in-person conference. To ensure that the ideas, questions, and feedback generated are representative of all perspectives, in-person attendance for each stakeholder group is limited. The number of available registrations for each group is noted next to the group label within the "Stakeholder Designation - In Person" drop-down menu. Once the maximum number of in-person registrations are filled for each stakeholder group, additional registrants will be directed to register for the live webinar. Please note, there are no restrictions on the number of registrants for the live webinar. These individuals will be invited to take a survey to ensure that their perspectives are heard.
